750mL bottle, pours jet black with a small tan / light brown head. Aroma brings out complex coffee notes, chipotle peppers, and a touch of smoke. Flavour is intensely complex and rich, full of rich, complex coffee, moderate chipotle, and a little smoke. Silky, oily mouthfeel, dominated by the coffee and only accentuated by the chipotle a little bit. Wonderful blend of flavours, and a soft, silky palate. Wonderful.

Bottle - Crazy espresso. Jet black no head. Espresso all the way through with a chilli finish. Nice chilli beer, but the value isn’t there.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, nice complex grassy coffee with smooth pepper notes, and light vanilla notes. In mouth, a smooth chocolate with coffee grinds, hot chilies, light smokeyness, bitter and complex.

From 0.75l bottle @ Borefts 2012. It's as good as jet black in the glass this one, but the head glimmers with it's absence. On the nose is amazingly lovely. Vanilla roasted coconut with rich buttery chocolate and deep dark Brazilianized amazonian coffee on wood with some brown muscavado sugar on the side. Rich and lovely aromatic. It has a small pirckling carbonation level and a rich oily mouthfeel. The taste is also somewhat vanilla infused, lot's of fantastic cold coffee, deep roasted goodness, bitter dark chocolate and it ends with a throat-warming chili-like alcohol burning. Really fancypancy stuff that I enjoyed to the maximum. 28.09.2012

Bottle, 75cl. It pours a more or less jet black body and a small, dense dark beige head. The aroma is on the coffee side, not much else shines through. Also the flavor is on the coffee side, but there’s also some dark chocolate. A touch of spices too, although I don’t think there’s any added. Full body, some warming notes. Really lasting finish. A wonderful beer well worth revisiting. 130202

Bottle thanks to my secret Santa. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has roasted malts with dark coffee notes and a decent amount of peppers. Flavor has a much more creamy chocolate start that grows in bitterness from the coffee and has just a hint of pepper in the finish.
