This Black Tusk Ale is different. A rich, full-bodied dark chocolate ale whose malt character is balanced with a healthy dose of Northwest hops and finishes with an outpouring of creaminess. Expect a seismic explosion of flavour!

473ml can. Pours a clear dark brown with red hue and a medium, creamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of chocolate malt, cocoa, vanilla and earth. Sweet flavour of chocolate malt, milk chocolate and vanilla in a dry, mild bitter, day old coffee finish. Light body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Easy to put back, but a bit too sweet and artificial.

It is very rich, but simple and strong with the sweetness being almost overwhelming. But it is a bit overbearing. Slgs sask

Cask - Rich milk chocolate. Dirty brown with a decent beige head. I’ll chocolcate, cocoa and a thin clean finish. Lots of potential, but a bit artificial and thin.
