Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: pale cardboard yellow to orange color with a quickly dissipating head which barely left any lace
Aroma: green apples, peach, white pear, sweet wheat, sour-ed wheat; hay; grass, lemongrass; wet grains, dandelion/floral and lemon pulp
Flavor: leads with the sour to tart vibe of the blend of the previously noted aromas with a light sweet tone underneath; finishes sour to sweet with the floral to apple-like and peachy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, good sipper; clean smoothness as the tart and sour features seem to mellow out here fairly well
Overall: pretty nicely done sour/tart saison I would welcome again preferably in the Summer.

Bottle - Sour lemon and some peach notes. Cloudy yellow gold. Light sour stone fruit with a light creamy funk. Nice.

500mL bottle, pots a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted grains, light citrus tartness and light lacto. Flavour is grainy, with lots of toasted grains, citrus, ample tartness, and light lacto. Grainy and nicely tart on the finish. Very good.

This is quite pale, and cloudy. No head. The aroma has a fair bit of pedio on the nose. On the palate, quite thin. Touch of pedio. Light body, and not much flavour development. This one didn’t come together.
