We cried wolf. Twice. And then we used American hops to make this wonderfully bitter, yet fruity DIPA. That’ll teach us.

Bottle at Public House in Reykjavik. Light translucent straw yellow-orange pour with minimal white head. Mango-passion fruit peach aroma - really juicy and delicious. Taste is boozier, pinier, and a little less juicy, but zesty and bitter. Very very good. Palate isn't too heavy - smooth carbonation makes it feel lighter. Best Icelandic beer so far!

Some fruit and pineapple with some booze. Hazy amber pour with good head and lacing. Light bitterness with some sweetness like fermented seabird meat. Tap at Micro Bar.
