Tap at Stadsbrouwhuis, Leiden: Hazy orange colored brew with an great dry bitter taste, hints of caramel, citrus and some honey probably. Second Icelandic beer and this one is better.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny amber colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is citrus, some spruce and mild zesty and alcohol tones. Flavour is sweet malts, citrus, resin, spruce, some syrupy tones with mild alcohol as well. Nice bitter fruity and floral aftertaste.

Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, tart edge. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Fruity DIPA, enjoyable.

Smell of spruce, grapefruit. Cloudy amber colour, white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops, some boozy sweetness. Lively carbon. Sweet.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of passion fruit, mango, some lemon peel, pineapple, a minimally perfumed touch overall, oaty malty background, almond overtones. Taste is juicy, tropical fruity and slightly piney, moderately bitter hoppy, notes of pineapple, orange, a touch of grapefruit, mango, passion fruit, oaty malty basis with subtile sweetness; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft, mildly prickly carbonation. East Coast / West Coast hybrid, quite bitter, quite juicy - very nice.

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, peaches, apricots, gooseberries, lychee, resin, herbs and flowers (tagetes/marigold, actually). Fruity, hoppy taste with grapefruit, ripe gooseberries, apricots, peaches, pine needles, soft malt and a generous citric, piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, with lots of ripe fruit and a generous hop presence. Very nice.

Bottle, 9%. Fruity aroma, slightly juicy. Cloudy yellow colour. Frothy white head. The flavour is grassy and fruity with a mild hop bite. Clean bitterness.

Bottle. Aroma of citrus, pineapple, mango, orange and bready caramely malt. Taste has juicy mango, pineapple, orange, grapefruit, bready malt and papaya. Really nice bitter juicy dipa.
