Fruit Stand® is our fruited version of Saison. It contains the same base beer characteristics as Saison but we have layered in some of our favorite fruits to create a whole new flavor profile. We experiment with many different fruits but each beer is always blended with about two pounds of whole fruit per gallon then aged in oak wine barrels.

750ml bottle. Opalescent, reddish golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Earthy fruity and mildly funky, yeasty aroma, notes of raspberry with pulpy, fruity acidic and leafy aspects. Taste is tart, fruity, yeasty funky, notes of raspberry, salty and peppery aspects, light vinous fruitiness, a touch of brine, mustard seed. Oily-watery texture, astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Quite tart, fine fruitiness -OK.

On tap at the taproom. Pours red with a light pink foam. Raspberry, soft minerally notes, sweet berry notes, vanilla, raspberry jam, delicate tartness. Medium body. Really good.

750ml - split with Mrs. Tart, mega raspberries - pretty red color. Very nice drinking - good stuff

Bottle, 750 ml. Shared with Miro, Max and Miro B. Ruby with pinkish head. Huge raspberries, juicy, bit citric, dry, bit sweet, medium+ sourness. Medium bodied.

Bottle - Funky raspberry. Cloudy pink and red with a decent white head. Tart fruity raspberry and cherry notes with light funk. Pleasant.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy pink with small pinkish white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong raspberry, funk, yeast, oak. Thin body, berry, oak, low acidity, nice tartness, very nice.
