Draft - Dark roast and some chocolate notes. Jet brown black with a decent light brown head. Dark roast and some herbal minty chocolate notes. Decent.

Draught at the brewery
Dark color, near black, with small brownish head. dry but also quite soft mouthfeel; soft roastiness level, with light chocolate, a good choice in order to let some of that salt appear, but very light indeed, and not clear if there are oysters here.
Balanced, easy drinking Stout for those regular lovers out there.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a red-tinged dark brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, some earthiness, no notice of the oysters. Flavour is very much along the same lines, with lots of toasted malt, some dry oats, a light earthiness, but no notice of the oysters. Nicely constructed but very underwhelming and lacking depth. Okay.
