Bottle - Orange peel and caramel. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Citrus peel and some nice pithy notes, but malt forward. OK.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal and grassy hops, with toasted caramel and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice grassy and herbal hoppy freshness, and balanced by sweet cereal malt. Nicely structured. Nothing spectacular, but it's solid.

Tasting at Matt’s
Light amber color, clean look, with compact head. It’s a malty IPA, delicate light toned malts, but not quite balanced by the required hopping, just a bit of hop resins, therefore it tastes almost as if too old.

Hazy, light tan. There’s a light pomelo hop, touch of yeast, and a touch of crackery malt. Has orangey hop notes, maybe more of a c-hop bitterness. Yeasty, the malts aren’t great but they have an ok toastiness.

330ml bottle from 2016 craft beer advent calendar. Pours a hazy golden bronze with a huge, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet, fruity aroma of mango, lychee, grapefruit, pine and bready malt. Sweet, fruity flavour of grapefruit, lychee, tropical fruit, pine and bready malt with a bitter, hoppy finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. A pleasant surprise, a Bavarian IPA that is actually good. Could use a little more hop punch though.
