Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and spices, leading to a dry spicy finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow wi a huge white head. Aroma is mild fruity, light estery to phenolic. Herbal, grainy, citric. High carbonation. Dry and herbal finish.

Bottle 330ml. [ As De Noord-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij Uitgeester Engeltje ].Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, sour - yogurt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, candy, sweet yeast, cookie, bread, sweet ? sweet rice, rice, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150117]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty, a little rubber and surprisingly the same rice notes you get in sake. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Dry finish. High carbonation. 170115

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon and cabbage. Taste is the same. Finishes thin. Not good.

Trübes goldenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Kräutern, würzig, blumig, so ist auch der Geschmack.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellow color, foamy soapy white head. Smell and taste herbs and spices, yeast, perfume, rubber, soap, sweetish, rotting fruits. God damn doesn’t a brewer taste his beer before bottling and selling it?
