Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver; 3% ABV
Brown color, no head. It’s a bit smelly, cheesy. The mouthfeel is weak, dry; light bready and roasted malt flavor, ordinary nitterness, roasted nuts in fhe final.
Not a bad beer, just unexciting.

Draft - Light cocoa and some roast. Deep brown with a small light beige head. Light roast and some light hops. Flavourful and good for the low ABV.

On tap at Bridge, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of ginger and nutmeg upfront, with light earthy notes from the rye. Flavour brings out toasted caramel malt, a nice touch of ginger, and I can't shake the nutmeg. Bit of sweetness in there to balance. Pleasant but unexciting.
