Golden. Herbal hops, dryish...just ish. Yea itβs drier, still a little phenolic but not much different base from the saison, just a stack of extra hops.

On tap at the brewery with Alex. Pours a clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma and taste is sour, some ascorbic and citric notes, bitter. Meh.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly astringent, with phenols, perfumey notes and a slightly citrus hop quality. Flavour is more pronounced on those citrus hops, with light floral notes and some saison yeast. Finishes sharp and astringent on the hops. A bit rough and messy, but still acceptable.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color. The aroma shows very nice delicate fruits from the hop. The mouthfeel is very dry, a bit weak, it has a mild spicy character from the yeast, and a delicate hop character, vinous, almost Hallertau Blanc; mild bitterness. Some astringency in the final.
Nice.
