This stuff looks great, like freshly squeezed beet juice and you can't beat that (ha!). Smells exactly like beet juice. Tastes exactly like beet juice. In theory this should have some IPA leanings because of the name but I couldn't find any. It's a good drinker if you like beets. If not, stay far away. (ps: I like beets).

Draft - Sweet and earthy cooked beets. Deep purple with a pinkish head. Earthy beet and some IPA bitterness with a nice finish. I love beets.

On tap at Storm, pours a pure purple with a large frothy pinkish purple head. Aroma is intense, with shitloads of beets - not much else. Flavour isn't quite as intense as it looks or smells, but certainly is dominated by the beets. Fairly dry, with low residual sweetness. A huge beet bomb. Solid stuff.
