Light amber color. Nice aroma, biscuity malts and mild orangey hops; it doesn’t hit the top as IPA, but it’s clean and it has some elegance. Soft mouthfeel; mild residual sweetness, it has a bit too much caramel for my modern taste, and roasted nuts; the hop seems nice upfront, a bit orangey, but it has a vegetable pithy note in the final.
Decent beer, not completely achieved though.

Bottle - Light citrus and pale malts. Clear copper gold with a decent white head. Woody hops and earthy bitterness.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lightly tart tropical stone fruits, floral hops, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with floral hops, lightly tart stone fruits, and hop oils. Not usually a fan of the ella hop and this is no exception. It's decently constructed, but nothing special.
