A mixed culture saison fermented in stainless steel. An elegant, and simple interpretation of the most classic style.

Golden and slick appearance. Farmhouse, sweet fruit, spice cereal grain, light hay. Full bodied. Solid.

On tap at Structures, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of farmhouse yeast, some light cereal sweetness and a touch of herbaceousness. Flavour is nicely constructed, with notes of farmhouse yeast, cereal notes and light herbal qualities. For a North American saison, this is authentic and complex. Very nice stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Blond color. Typical aroma for an American Saison: soapy and spicy; plastic. Not too dry, with a moderate spicy flavor, and light acidity; the flavor is a bit more original and convincing than the aroma.

Draft pour at Chucks 85th. A clear pale yellow color with a disappearing head. Banana herbal aroma. Flavor is corny grain, banana, and an herbal, cool finish. Strange beer, with not a whole lot of positives for me. So grainy. Weird for a saison for me. Not my thing.
