Draught at the brewery
Dark amber color, hazy, with no head. Some pain thinner aroma, malt. The body is strong enough, the mouthfeel is a bit tannic, the flavor is weird, there is wood, fruit, moderate acidity, dust, mild residual sweetness.
Uncohesive, messy beer. Not good.

Draft - Sweet and light herbal notes with plum. Hazy Amber with a small head. Sweet and herbal with some medicinal notes, not bad, but not quite sour enough and more like medicine.

On tap at Gruff, pours a hazy dark amber with a large beige head. Aroma brings out lots of phenols, followed by Belgian yeast, and a little balsamic. Flavour is big, with Belgian yeast, alcohol, tart red fruits and a touch of candied sugar. Not really any sourness here. Rather boozy and messy, but still pleasant.

Hazy, amber-brown, no head. Acetic nose with woody notes. Has some brown sugar sweetness, light tartness, the wood still shows through a lot, but the acetic doesn’t.
