Cloudy yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is exactly like freshly sliced cucumber with salt sprinkled on it. The slightest hint of lime zest comes through, with a solid mouth feel, and carb. The finish has some savoury honey dew, and more cucumber with some nice twang from the lime. Not much sign of the base gose, the cucumber and like dominate, but damn this is good!

Pale, bit hazy. The aroma is mostly lime, but also a decent cucumber. On the palate it’s light and has a touch balance between cucumber and lime, the salt showing just a touch in the finish.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out bright cucumber skins, along with sea salt, and tart citrus. Flavour is assertive, with fresh cucumber skins, tart lime, a little coriander, sea salt, and a champagne-like carbonation. Assertive on the tongue, with everything in harmony. This is really good.

Nickelbrook Cucumber & lime Gose 4% Very pale straw gold, the aroma is pickle juice with a hearty dose of fennel. Light bodied and very tart salty pickle juice. Ok but definitely not for everyone.

A lightly hazed golden gose with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice perfumy notes, loads of cucumber, smooth lime, pleasant. In mouth, a sour citrusy gose with good cucumber character, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Bar Lupulus.

Refrigerated 375 ml brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear golden with big white head. Aroma is cucumber, light body, well carbonated, and some lacing. Taste is cucumber, tart lime, and brine. Really easy to drink.

Bottle at the DC RateBeer tasting. Mostly clear pale yellow. Aromas of stewed cucumbers, like in Thai cucumber soup. Tastes of stewed cucumbers, lime. Light body with a dry finish. Would be better if the cucumber notes were more like fresh, raw cucumbers.

50cl bottle pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose is huge with cucumber, Pimms Cup, lemon, lime. Flavor has malt, cucumber, coconut water, lemon. Finishes watery.

12oz bottle at the January DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a kind of light pale yellow color with a small fizzy head. Aroma was stright up cucumber juice. Flavor was cucumber, light lime notes. Not a lot of tart character here. I'm sure most people aren't a huge fan, but I love cucumber and cucumber juice.
