This English beauty is made with proper Okanagan cider apples. Expect big red apple and ripe stone fruit. Super dry with good tannins.
A bit of funk and full of character.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver; 7% ABV
Pale pale yellow color. The aroma is mild but decent. The mouthfeel is bone dry, mild acidity, poor flavor, and tannic astringency in the finish.
Only cheap English ciders have this lack of character.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly sweet and moderately crisp green apples. Flavour is very dry and crisp, full of crisp green apple, some core, some skins. Light acidity on the finish. Clean and easy to drink, but nothing interesting at all about this. Rather lame.

Draft - Light funk and peel on the nose. Clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Light funk and a crisp apple with some skin. Very nice and easy drinking, dry with some acidity.
