Bottle 330ml. [ As Kinhem Hermelijn ].Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, baking yeast, sewer - vomit. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sewer, sweet malt and yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140117]

Bottle. An unclear, golden beer with a dense, off-white head of moderate size. It’s lighlty chalky on the nose, with fruityness and some malty sugary notes. It’s chalky and lightly yeasty in the mouth too, with a pleasant carbonation level. Medium body. Citrus peel and some bitterness in the flavor, both initially and in the end. Bottle @ home. Murky opaque yellow-orange-brownish color, small off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Smell has malts and citrussy hops. Taste malts, lightly sweet, light to moderately hoppy, lightly bitter. Medium a bit fizzy carbonation, medium body.
