Oohh, big creamy foamy head and then cloudy yellow, quite bright, for liquid. The aroma is funky hay and sour wildberries mixed with pickle juice. The flavour is tart grapefruit with a hint of cabbagey-like sweetness on the back end. Medium finish. Pretty good sour though more vegetable-y than I'm used to.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Clear blonde with full white head. Mild lacto, light tart citrus, subtle hops. Great balance.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out considerable lacto, with subtle floral dry hopping. Flavour is crisp, with dry floral hops and tons of yogurty lacto. Crisp and not all that sour, just yogurty. Solid for what it is.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. Penetrating aroma, fruity (melon) and flowery (elderflower), perfume (7.5). Dry mouthfeel, it has a good acidity level that arrives with plenty of bitter citrus zest: lemon, grapefruit, more citrus oil in the final.
Aggressive, nice.

On tap at St. Augustines’s. Pours a murky yellow with a white head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy, very fresh. Same character tart taste with some wild yeast notes. Slight hoppy bitterness aftertaste. Pleasant and refreshing.

Bottle, Legacy. Cloudy and pale, looks great in the sunlight. Thin head. Bright, expressive citrus nose, some melon and the sacc trois comes in a bit, too. Melony taste, light tartness. The body is soft, with a nice sweetness up front. Orangey, melony...great hop character, really good balance. A winner.
