Not a lot of complexity here like Dan Brown books. Pours hazy white. Easy drinking. Bottle sample pour at liquor store.

Bottle from Firefly, Vancouver
Pale yellow color, hazy. Mild aroma, hops and spices, nice. Smooth; nice Ale, with mild coriander, spicy yeast, and mild hop resins; bold bitterness; dry finish.
Nice.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light coriander, biscuity malt, and some piney hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with coriander, biscuity malt and dry hopping. Dry, with a spicy and astringent finish. Decent.

Straw colour. The aroma is both phenolic and coriander-heavy. Very light body for the style,. Has a mellow hop bitterness, and the spice is really quite understated. Ends of being one of the more watery white IPAs that I have had. A touch of dryness in the back, but that’s about it.
