Tasting at Matt’s, corked bottle
Cloudy, pale yellow color. Mild grainy aroma, hay. Overly carbonated; sourish, lemony, ok to drink, but no depth. The kind of beer that makes you shit like hell the next day though.

Bottle - Light cheese, bready and yeasty. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Cheesy funk and light sourness. This is a bit off.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart fruitiness and lacto. Flavour brings out light tartness, some lacto, and cereal grains. Not overly complex and somewhat lacking. It's okay.

Dark straw colour. The aroma seems a bit odd - not a whole lot of character, maybe a touch of yeastiness. On the palate, it comes alive a bit. Tart, has a floral honeyish note, with a fair bit of carbonation. Light and refreshing, with a touch of pedio, and a pear-like note as well. Quality.
