He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.
Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
This limited edition Jelly King variant was conditioned on loads apricot purée.

Bottle from the brewery. Opaque Oranhe pour, with a medium, creamy white head. Aroma is tart, and lactic with some citrus zest and stone fruit. Mouth feel is soft and creamy, carb is soft. Finish has a ramped up stone fruit flavour some a soft lactic tartness. Refreshing, and satisfying.

(bottle) cloudy orange brown colour with a small white head; aroma of apricot, peach; very tart flavour with a long, medium sour finish. Quit good - even one year down the road.

Murky blond color, no head. Nice arom aof apricots, pungent Dry, sour, a bit dirty, the fruits are a bit lost here, but juicy in the final.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral and perfumey notes, apricots, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is dominated by the apricots, but not in a very juicy way, more in a tart type of way, with light lacto. Not as good as regular Jelly King.

Cloudy, tan. No head. The aroma has quite a bit of apricot, and shows a bit of tartness. A lot of lactic character, nice balancing apricot. It’s pretty straightforward, but also quite drinkable as well Maybe a bit too tart for perfect balance, but it’s pretty good.
