Humber Light guides and directs a new audience to Wold Top Brewery to join our traditional cask and bottle drinkers. Humber Light is traditionally brewed at Wold Top using a locally sourced lager malt and our own pure chalk filtered water from a borehole sunk deep into the chalk below the farm. The Bobek hops imparting a pine, lemon floral character and light thirst quenching bittering, creating a pale golden refreshing beer. Welcome Aboard!

Draft - Loght pale malts and paper. Clear gold with a decent white head. Grassy bitterness and some paper with a dry bitter finish. Maybe a bit old.

On tap @Le Bon Bock (Rome). Clear golden color with a little white foam, fine perlage. Aroma is yeasts, malt, hops, delicate. Flavour is medium to light sweet with a light bitter end. Low body, medium carbonation, fizzy. The perfect aperitif!
