A balanced, British-style IPA accented with an addition of bergamot flowers. Crisp, but not overpowering bitterness, matly caramel sweetness, delicate hop and bergamot aromas.

On tap at brewery. Pours clear ruddy brown. Aroma is quite faint; some black tea notes. The flavour profile is a bit odd; mainly resin and floral earl grey. Interesting flavour profile, but falls a bit flat.

Poured from the tap. Clear mahogany brown with small white head. Quite malty with some soapy, perfumey hops, not much earl grey here besides the slightly herbal underlay, but not something I associated with an earl grey flavour.

Smells of nice sweet earl grey tea. Has okay foam and medium brown body. Flavour is nice tea character on top of malty notes. Mouthfeel is crisp and full enough. This is a nice mix, it works well.

On tap at GCBF 2016, pours a hazy bright dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out the tea upfront, with subdued citrus hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with the tea dominating upfront, followed by bitter citrus hops. Not a fan of the mix, though it's not offensive. Meh.

Draft - Light herbal and aromatic notes. Clearish Amber with a small white head. Lots of herbal and Perfumy notes. Super Perfumy and herbal.

GCBF 2015. Hazy dark amber. Big earl grey nose...like london fog. Orangey taste with more earl grey, tannins...well-balanced brew. Solid stuff.
