Light amber. Bright. Has a touch of caramel and crackery malt. Thin, unpleasant huskiness and spent grains...not at all the rich malts I like in this style. Conceptually, this is just too light and underhopped so the balance is all wrong.

On tap at Strathcona, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, some herbal and vegetal notes (not in a bad way), and biscuity notes. Flavour is crisp, with toasted malt, some nuttiness, and crisp herbal notes. Dry and bright, but very tame. Underwhelming.

Golden color, medium sized compact head. Bag of grains, wet paper, no malt depth; the body is quite thin, rather dry, with a biscuity trace, and low bitterness, more dryness in the final.
Clean, very boring.
