Don't be fooled, this is the real deal. A bold, citrusy and flavourful IPA served with a side of grapefruit. A light-coloured IPA, with bold citrus and grapefruit flavours. We use grapefruit peel and citrusy hops - Amarillo, Centennial and Citra - to produce this refreshing IPA.

Sweet hops aroma, has okay foam on a clear yellow body. Flavour is chewy sweet hops and nothing else. Mouthfeel is full and oily. Not bad, not great.

Light grapefruit and some citrus. Pours hazy orange with ok head and lacing. Some dusty resin in the finish here. Can in mixed six pack.

355ml can. Pours a hazy pale gold with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of grapefruit and pale malt. Sweet flavour of grapefruit rind, crackery malt and pine resin in a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. A little one dimensional but still pretty good.

Poured from the tap. Golden yellow with white head. Muted grapefruit hop flavour. Simple, balanced between bitter and sweet citrus. A little safe.

Bottle from The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond color, hazy. Nice hoppy aroma, a bit animal, sweaty. Dry mouthfeel, the malts are a bit crackery, maybe some paper too, and quite good hopping, resiny, not fruity.

Hazy dull tan. The aroma has a c hop note, light pale malt. Medium body, and a touch of grapefruit, medium bitterness, and a fair bit of c hop.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus, grapefruit peel and lightly dank hops. Flavour is dry and punchy, with citrus and piney hops, dry crisp crackery malt, and a bone dry astringency on the finish. Nicely constructed, with citrusy, grapefruity finish. Quite good.
