Okay modest foam on a very white wine hued yellowy body, good twig notes on dry apple as an aroma. Flavour is smooth apple with soft caramel notes. Finish is a little wet, could be drier. Nonetheless the alcohol is very well hidden and this is highly drinkable.

Tasting at Matt’s
Pale blond color. Nice apple aroma, with hazelnuts. Dry mouthfeel, bit of lame apple flavor, nothing to take home about.

Light gold. This has a fairly strong apple taste. The actual palate is less impressive on apple, just a hit of alcohol, tartness, and ultimately I’m not sure this is quite right. The elements are all things you want in a cider, I’m just not sure that the whole thing comes together the right way.

Bottle - Light funky Apple. Clear gold. Light funky dry apple with a dry finish. Surprisingly nice.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle acidity, with medium sweetness, and a touch of caramel. Flavour is light-to-medium sweet, with a fairly dry apple quality and light alcohol. Dry and underpowered for a 8.5% cider. Underwhelming, but decent.
