Draft - Perfumy Apple skins. Pale gold with a small white head. Tart and very Perfumy with a light tannin finish and nice acidity. Decent.

Bottle sampled at the winery, pours a clear pale yellow. Nose brings out notes of apples, light hops, and champagne. Flavour is very dry, with sharp dry apples, hops, champagne yeast, and very high carbonation. Good, but too carbonated.
