After a long ride, put your boots up and enjoy this clean, crisp, light dry wine with a lingering taste. The perfect companion for pork and white meat.

Pale straw body, quite a nice aromatic apple on the nose, slightly sweet, mellow wood notes, sweetness comes forward with a bit more air. Flavour is warming apple, slightly dry finish, alcohol well hidden. Simple but easy.

Bottle - Earthy and some sulphur notes. Very pale straw. Light booze, sulphur and sweetness. Not bad.

Bottle at the winery, pours a clear colour. Nose brings out light apples, on the very dry side. Flavour is like a white wine, with dry apples, Riesling-like wine and a dry finish. Very nicely constructed.
