Bottle - Tons of caramel, raw oak and earthy hops. Clear gold with a rich white head. Tea leaf like hops, raw wood and some caramel sweetness. Finish has a touch of woody and earthy bitterness. Booze is very well hidden and balanced.

Draught at Brouwer’s Café, Seattle; 9.8% ABV
Beautiful clean amber color. Solid brew, it has a nice malt profile leaning to caramel, robust hopping, candi sugar, orangey bitterness, and not cloying nor too sweet. No evidence of barrel aging.
Very good.

Hop Mob @BPP. Darker one, amberish. Why age a hoppy beer. A little caramel coming off the nose. Bitterness lower than expected. Light tasting, some plasticy, asprin, and off aspects but lightly. Eh. caramel,

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, pours a fairly clear dark orange with q small white head. Aroma isn't that eruptive, featuring notes of fairly dry oak upfront and lingering resin. Flavour is similar, with a very dry and oaky palate - bone dry in fact, with just bittering dry hoppiness lingering. Works pretty well given it's an aged triple IPA, which I don't normally like. Very good.
