473ml can. Pours a clear pale straw coloured hue with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Mild fruity aroma of red apple skins, pear, ginger and yeast. Sweet fruity flavour of green apple, pear and yeast in a dry, light ginger finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and soft carbonation. Just ok.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear blonde with no head. Mild ginger, nice aroma, but a bit bland in the taste.

Clear yellow with no foam, sweet apple and ginger on the nose though simplistic. Flavour is straight ahead sweet ginger with sugary apple lingering. A rather meh cider, will work on a hot summer while you're mowing the lawn.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Blond color, no head. Smells a bit like bean stew, and then some apple, some ginger. In these ciders, the apple is very subdued, luckily here the ginger is not too strong; the mineral character is quite strong; it has a mild residual sweetness that helps.
Ok North American cider.

Can sampled at the cidery / winery, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Nose brings out subdued ginger and light cheap apple sweetness. Flavour is medium sweet, with subdued ginger, artificial apple sweetness, and cloying sweetness on the finish. Cheap commercial cider without depth.

Can - Fresh sweet ginger. Pale straw and clear. Raw ginger, touch of heat and a sweet finish. Odd.
