Made all from real fruit syrup! she said at the counter, as if that's supposed to be... appealing? Anyways I bought some cans since their tasting appointment thing didn't jive with my impatience. This one pours a clear yellow, foam's gone fast, carbonation bubbles appear medium, not quite soda pop but not appearing natural neither. Sharp hops on the nose, soft sweet apple, but the hops dominate and that's not necessarily a bad thing. Flavour is softer hops tempered by apple, some cider sweetness pushing the hops into the background. Mouthfeel has okay carbonation but no real lingering oiliness from the hops. This is simply okay, both simple and okay, not the best of times and nor the worst of times.

Can sampled at BC Tree Fruits, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of crisp apple skins and pungent floral dry hopping. Flavour is balanced between gentle apple acidity and floral dry hopping. Nice balance but without any depth. Meh.

Draft - Weedy and grassy. Pale straw. Weedy and grassy with some apples and a nice finish. Solid for what it is.

Draught at Tap Shack Burrard Bridge, Vancouver
Pale color. Delicate cider, it has a moderate acidity level, mild residual sweetness, and mold hoppy touch, these three elements blend well and the result is very pleasant. A bit citrusy in the final. Refreshing.
