Draft - Banana notes and wheat. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light sweet banana and light grains.

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out considerable citrus upfront, along with some banana-like fruity esters (uh oh, in a wit?). Flavour likewise doesn't taste like a wit, with tons of banana and other such fruity esters dominating. Not really any spiciness, Belgian yeast or coriander detectable. Some issues with the yeast here no doubt. Not good.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color, small compact head. Spicy wheat beer, with light residual sweetness, and light acidity, some wheat bread; balanced; more Hefe than Wit. Not bad.
