Using high quality Scottish malts and fruity New Zealand hops, this pale ale is perfectly balanced for all beer drinkers. The ’hop-bursting’ technique is used to create huge hop flavours, but a subdued bitterness. It is a refreshing, crisp, and novel take on a craft beer classic.

On tap at the brewpub. I Dig the singing chick's pink dress. Has a medium orange body and just a hint of white foamy head. The aroma is of soft oily peach. The flavour is soft hops with no malts, a thin affair of barley there. Hey, this girl sings good. Say what you like about the BC Bible Belt but the chicks are kinda hot, and the beer is cheap so you can act upon those thoughts.

Slight haze, amber, has a citrusy nose with sweeter amber malts. Balanced and on the sweeter side. Solid, well made if not creative.

Draft - Leafy and tea like hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Nice leafy and earthy bitterness. Very earthy and balanced.

On tap at Trading Post, pours a hazy dark orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of bready malt upfront, a touch of toasted dry caramel and tangy fruity hops. Flavour is big on the tangy New Zealand hops, with light citrus and dry bready malt. Dominated by the lovely use of hops. Really nice stuff.
