Cloudy and pale. Banana and pear nose. Wheaty, quite sweet. Ok hefe, yeast is restrained. Not overly complex.

On tap at Trading Post, pours an opaque bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light spiciness from the clove, along with dry wheat and almost a hoppy bitterness. Flavour is dry and much less banana than on typical hefs, with clove and pillowy dry wheat, with almost a hoppy astringency. Solid stuff.

Draft - Soft wheat and a touch of banana. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Wheat and citrus with a nice bitterness. Bitterness balances the sweetness nicely.
