Bottle at the meadery
Pale yellow color. Mild honey and fruit aroma. Dry mouthfeel, the alcohol is a bit burning, there is not much depth. Simple.

Bottle - Flowery honey notes. Clear. Light honey, touch of current and a nice dry finish. Solid.

Bottle sampled at Campbell's Gold, pours a clear yellow. Aroma brings out medium honey sweetness, with subdued red currant presence. Flavour isn't as dry as expected, but certainly still gives a dry honey quality, along with moderate currant presence. Nicely structure and well-balanced dry mead.
