Draught at the brewery
Hazy bright golden color. Crossover between a Belgian Ale and a Saison, since it has a more robust body than a Saison, more malt flavor and just moderate spices.
Pleasant easy beer.

Hazy tan. Yeasty, slightly peppery nose. Light yeasty, sweeter, touch of pepper. Dull, thud saison.

Draft - Sweet and fruity dirty yeasty Belgian notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Lots of pineapple esters and a nice yeasty finish. Starts bad and ends well.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of Belgian yeast, fruity esters, and some bready notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with Belgian yeast, fruity esters and biscuity malt. Inauthentic, but harmonious enough. Typical North American saison. Decent.
