Has a good lemony aroma with hints of early grey tea, a nice cloudy yellow body with a bit of white foam. Flavour is nice lemony sweetness with a bit of grain. Has good fullness on the mouth, some carbonation crispness. This is a decent gose but needs more salt.

Draught at the brewery
Blond color, hazy. Aroma of freshly cut weeds (in Italian, ’ monete del Papa’), and light lime. Moderate acidity, not as much lemony or tart or lactic as expected though, and it seems to be fermented with some fruit juices; the salt is subdued.
Atypical, not bad.

Cloudy tan, pia sweetness, bit wheaty. Has lime, not a big gose note and not tequila either but a refreshing beer.

Draft - Sweet pear juice. Hazy gold with no head. Pear, sweet and a touch of salt and lemon. I get the tequila like notes but not great as a Gose.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a hazy yellow with a tiny head. Nose brings out notes of pear core, not getting any tequila or salt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of pear core. Curious flavour for a tequila gose. It's not bad, just totally different than expected.
