Hazy amber color. The aroma is a bit sour, puckery. Nice degree of acidity in the flavor, dry, refreshing; there are notes of yeast; I canβt tell if there is green tea; this one would play well with some fruit as well. Solid.

Slightly pinkish, light kettle sour nose isnβt entirely clean. On the palate, pretty acetic/acidic. Not getting a lot of green tea.

Draft - Soured light malts and fruity notes. Clear gold with a decent beige head. Nice sour and tart lacto notes. A bit one sided but solid.

On tap at Dead Frog, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto and mild some peachy tropical fruits. Flavour is refreshing, with loads of lacto upfront, with a lovely refreshing tropical fruitiness. No hint at all of the green tea. Fruity and yogurty. Very nice.
