Pale greenish. Sweet sugar, touch of apple and a basic apple finish. You’d think there would be some acidity.

Bottle - Nice clean green apple with cooked apple. Clear pale gold. Nice Apple peel, a little touch of tartness and a nice long finish. Decent.

375ml bottle at Matt’s. Aroma is candied apples, slightly perfumy and with some cheese notes. Taste is pretty the same. Good one.

Blond color. Nice aroma, sweet, sour, appley, without the caramel and stewed fruit depth of the ones from Quebec. Sweet, not syrupy; very nice flavor, with a correct degree of acidity, some mellow apple.
Not much complexity, don’t expect a real Ice Cider, but this is a good dessert cider. Too expensive.

375mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellowish blonde. Aroma brings out notes of sweet green apple, considerable alcohol, and caramel. Flavour is quite complex but messy, with caramel, green apple and lots of alcohol. Hot and medium sweet, but it works pretty well together. Not an elite ice cider, but it's a lovely dessert wine.
