Bottle - Nice cereal and orange hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Orange hops with a bit of sweetness. Finish has a touch of bitterness but overall of the grains and or biscuit that is normal. Interesting interpretation.

Draught at the brewery
Dark sunny blond color, clean. Very good malts provide enough quality to aroma and flavor, the flavor particularly is almost chewy, and biscuity, although dry and lean, and they combine well with citrusy, resiny hops. Very strong bitterness level. Clean and powerful. A good alternative to IPAs, more malt and less fruit than an IPA.
Excellent.

On tap at Doan's, pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is very grainy, with toasted cereal and bready notes -- bone dry. Flavour is fairly spicy for a pilsner, with black pepper, toasted grains and cereal. Quite dry, with a lively carbonation. Very nice -- a little different in a good way.
