Five varieties of B.C. apples make this a beautifully balanced, rich, intensely apple flavored dessert wine. Velvety smooth; not cloyingly sweet. Excellent with sharp cheese, cheese fondue, or apple pie.

Poured from 375mL bottle @ Peter's. Clear gold with no head. Apple core, starting to verge on treacle, but still lacking complexity. Decent.

Light yellow-green. Light apple nose, maybe a touch of caramel. Mellow sweetness, again more of a caramel note. Sugars get soft in the finish.

Corked bottle from the winery

Pale yellow color. Aroma of regular cider, some plastic, hint of wood, and glue; but it’s also quite fruity and perfumy. Sweet but not syrupy, some apple flavor, moderate acidity, no strong apple flavor, no depth.
Pleasant sweet cider, it doesn’t strike as an Ice Cider though.

Bottle - Sweet, rich green apple. Pale straw. Bitter green peel and long finish. Very odd flavours and no real warmth or complexity.

375mL bottle, pours a clear very pale yellow. Aroma is quite dry, with crisp, dry green apples -- smells like a regular cider, not an ice cider. Flavour tastes more like an ice cider, with dry toasted caramel, crisp apples and a little toffee. Not as complex as most Quebec ice ciders, but more like a strong, medium sweet cider. Really nice.
