Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy pale yellow color with an orange shade. Very nice aroma of stone fruits. Dry, weak body, moderate acidity, hint of stone fruit, peachy, and a mild astringency in the end.

Bottle - Sweet almost peachy caramel notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light lacto sourness with plum in the finish. Fruity and light.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of hay upfront, subdued plums and citrus zest. Flavour is very lightly tart for a berliner, with subdued plums, citrus, and a touch of lacto. Very mild tartness on the finish. Nothing overly impressive, but it's refreshing and lightly puckering.

Bottle: Poured alight blonde color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light plum notes with discreet residual sugar notes and some tart notes are also perceptible. Taste is a refreshing mix of light plum notes with some discreet residual sugar notes and some tart notes. Body is about average with great carbonation. Solid beer with nice refreshing features.
