On Tap at the original B’ham location Very light hazy yellow bright white fine head. Classic soft wheat mild grain flavors. Little German hef flavors but pretty tame. Smooth and soft. Very nice

On tap at Kulshan K2, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of banana upfront, with other fruity esters and clove. Flavour is fresh, with lots of banana, dough and light clove. Authentic and clean, but unexciting.

Draft - Soft wheat and light banana. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Sweet banana and soft wheat. A bit of citrus or something would have been nice to break up the sweetness.
