Draft, Alibi. Medium brown, thin head. Aroma is tart maybe with cherry fruitiness. Tart palate, but sort of harsh kettle sour, not much nuance, but for the clashy dark malts.

Update - Dark roast. Jet black with a small beige head. Soured dark malts and a nice finish. Decent. Draft - Apple and light nail polish notes. Cloudy dark brown with a decent white head. Dark soured toffee like malts and green apple notes.

2016 rating. On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver 2016, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is strange, with earthy notes and odd tartness. Flavour is bit off, with tart fruitiness and weird rye notes. Not integrated well, but not disastrous. Meh. 5 3 5 2 11 2.6/5.
2017 rating On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver 2017, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy rye, light tartness and some wild character. Flavour is much better than last year's version, with lovely earth, wild yeast and some spicy rye. Really nicely balanced and well-made. 7 4 7 4 14 3.6
