Draft - Peppery saison and yeasty notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light sweetness and some yeast with a bit of pepper. Cider?

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast, not getting any cider. Flavour brings out a bit more cider elements, with wild yeast, bone dry apples and light funk. Nice blend but not terribly complex.
