500 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with moderate head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of sour citrus, green oak, and wine gums. Flavors of tart stoned fruit, metallic kiwis, malted wheat, green apples and more wine gums. Very nice though pricey for a local.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Cloudy pale blond color, small to no head. This beer is two sided. There’s the sour beer, with a high degree of acidity, some acetic acid (maybe too much), and nice fruity touch.
Then there is something g difficult to explain, but that materializes as strong footy, cheesy character; is this malo-lactic fermentation? Is this autolysis? I don’t know, but it greatly spoils the beer; I think I encountered this in other beers that were aged in white wine barrels.
As a result, I can’t really enjoy this beer, to me this is not professional.

Draft - Lots of funky stone fruit. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Lacto and a bit of aspirin with some fruity acidity. Not sure I am getting the complexity expected, will try again in bottles.

On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone fruits, with peaches and apricots, a little kiwi and some funk. Flavour is super juicy and nicely tart, with citrus notes, subtle tartness and a lovely peach and apricot on the finish. Loads of depth and well-balanced. Excellent.
