Tasting at SF, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. Too much yeast in the aroma. Very dry, probably overcarbonated, the wine notes seem to be more wite than red grapes, but they are very nice, solid Saison in the background.
Very good.

750ml bottle at Brian's office. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Aroma is funky with bretts and fruity notes. Similar taste with some baking spices and barrel notes. Interesting.

Hazy pale. Not much head. On the nose, there's a lot of brett, and a sweetish pale malt note. A bit carbonated, but some sweet-tart candyish tartness. There's a hint of stone fruit bitterness, and still some sweet pale malt. Fairly complex. I like it - this is actually quite a bit more complex than "brett lomaland", and I like a beer that exceeds my expectations.

Straw yellow small head that faded fast. The aroma is really good. great wine presence, tart, acidic and a peppery french saison yeast. flavor is similar except the red wine does sort of overwhelm a lot of the other flavors. wine eventually fades to make way for a citrus and tart peppery flavor at the finish.

On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma brings out lovely farmhouse yeast, light floral notes and lovely dry zestiness. Flavour is super fresh, with loads of Belgian yeast, floral notes and light funk. Super dry and loads of depth. Excellent.
