Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light floral hay notes with some residual sugar notes and clean cereal notes. Taste is a nice mix of cereal notes with some residual sugar notes and some light dry hops notes with very subtle oak flavours. Body is about average with good carbonation. Limited character but enjoyable nonetheless.

500ml at Matt’s. Aroma and taste are bretts, some green apple notes, earthy. Hoppy bitterness aftertaste. Good one.

Tasting at Matt’s
Pale color, clean, with almost no head. Some spicy yeast, coriander, some plastic aroma. Dry mouthfeel, spicy, but also some plastic, some sourness, some chicory.
Ok beer.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted grains, earth, light barnyard funk, and Belgian yeast. Flavour is similar, with lots of earth, dry toasted grains, light funk and regular Belgian yeast. Not overly complex, but it's balanced and harmonious. Nothing overly exciting, but it's quite nice.
