Dull tan, no head. Heavy toasty rye character...good bitterness...I like this. Good session brew that calls back 90s pale without being boring or derivative.

Bright amber, small beige head.Nose and palate of light cereal grains. Light sweet mid with a light hop bitterness in finish

On tap at Doan's, pours a clear golden copper with a small off-white head. Aroma is very soft, with biscuity malt and very hop character. Flavour is very dry, with bone dry biscuity malt and an astringently hoppy finish to it. Leaving something to be desired, but it's clean at least. Meh.

Draught at the brewery
Bright light amber color with compact head. Not the best aroma: corn husks, cereals, carton box. Lean mouthfeel, dry; the malts used seem to be good, somehow cereally and bready, but a better yeast is missing here, the one used doesn’t seem to contribute positively, just a mild earthy touch; correct bitterness, but don’t expect an American hop quality, more herbaceous.
So and so. Clean but not exciting.

Draft - Earthy hops and decent grains. Clear dark gold with a decent white head. Bitterness and some vegetal hops. Not my cup off tea.
